For heavy-duty, high-frequency cyclic and moderately high-temperature harsh operating conditions, 50CrVA chromium-vanadium spring steel is a recommended choice. It withstands temperatures up to 300℃. Compared with silicon-manganese spring steel, it achieves notable improvements in resistance to high-temperature relaxation, high stress and fatigue, maintaining stable pressure bearing without obvious deformation over long service hours.
